Minimum Running Policy

• Drop Trips: A minimum running of 130 kilometers is applicable. Billing will be calculated based on the minimum distance even if the actual travel distance is less.

• Round Trips: A minimum running of 250 kilometers per day is applicable for all round-trip bookings.

• Karnataka Trips: For round-trip journeys within Karnataka, a minimum running of 300 kilometers per day will be applicable.

Driver Allowance & Waiting Charges

• Drop Trips: Driver allowance is ₹400 per trip. For trips exceeding 400 km, driver allowance will be ₹600.

• Round Trips: Driver allowance is ₹500 per day. For trips where the total distance exceeds 500 km in a single day, the allowance will be ₹600 per day.

• Waiting Charges: Waiting charges will be ₹150 per hour, applicable after the free waiting time, if any.

Hill Station Charges

• Sedan: ₹300

• SUV / MUV: ₹500

Hill station charges are applicable for trips to hill areas and ghat roads due to road conditions and additional driving effort.

Luggage Policy

• Standard luggage is allowed based on the seating capacity of the vehicle.

• Excess or oversized luggage may attract additional charges.

• Customers are requested to inform about extra luggage at the time of booking.

Toll, Parking & Permit Charges

• Toll charges, parking fees, and inter-state permit charges (if applicable) are not included in the base fare and must be paid by the customer as per actuals.

General Terms

• Only two pickup or drop points are allowed per booking. Additional points may attract extra charges.

• All rates mentioned are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
