Terms and Conditions

By booking a taxi with Intercity Taxie, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure transparency, safety, and a smooth travel experience for both customers and the service provider.

Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after the fare details are shared and accepted by the customer. Intercity Taxie reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unavoidable circumstances.

Fare & Payments

Taxi fares are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, and trip type (one way or round trip). All fares are explained before booking. Toll charges, parking fees, interstate permit charges, waiting charges, and hill station charges are not included in the base fare unless mentioned otherwise.

Minimum Running Policy

• One Way Trips: Minimum 130 km

• Round Trips: Minimum 250 km per day

• Karnataka Trips: Minimum 300 km per day

Driver Allowance & Waiting Charges

Driver allowance and waiting charges are applicable based on the trip type and duration. Any waiting beyond the agreed free time may attract additional charges.

Pickup & Drop Policy

Only two pickup or drop points are allowed per booking. Additional points may incur extra charges. Customers must be available at the pickup location at the scheduled time.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at the last moment may attract cancellation charges. Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Intercity Taxie is not responsible for loss or damage of items left in the vehicle.

Service Rights

Intercity Taxie reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a customer violates these terms or behaves inappropriately.
